These terms and conditions for online purchasing apply to all orders which you may place on our website (www.flowerexpress.ae). Once you selectand confirm the "I Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy" checkbox you accept to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also accept to be bound by the privacy policy and any other policies that we notify you in due course of time. Your statutory rights, either as a customer will remain in effectin any case.

Nature of Business

www.flowerexpress.ae (Firenze Flora Trading LLC) is a Dubai- (UAE) based company dealing in the delivery of Fresh Cut Flowers, Flower Arrangements, Flower Bouquets, Floral Decorations for events and natural Indoor Plants.

Overseas Delivery orders (Outside of UAE).

Unless otherwise specified the products and services on the www.flowwerexpress.ae website are directed for delivery only within the UAE. We do not take responsibility that any item referred on this website is appropriate for use or available in any other country beside United Arab Emirates. If you choose to access this website from outside the UAE area you are responsible for compliance with the local U.A.E. laws.

We will not accept and ship any order and/or services to any countries sanctioned by the United Arab Emirates and OFAC.

Colours, Specifications and Grade of Products

We make every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your visual display unit. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. eg.  When flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

Availability and Substitutionof Products.

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either: 
Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or 
Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. or 
If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process the order with necessary substitutions.

Your Identity

You will need to register with us to purchase items using this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the user name and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your user name and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your registration details using the "My Account" area of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will not charge you for this or refund any flower and delivery charges that have been incurred.

Communications and Confidentiality

When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, Email address and relevant telephone numbers). For further details on how we use this information, please read our Privacy Policy.

To fulfil our obligations to you under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.

The contract between us

When you place an order to purchase items using our website(www.flowerexpress.ae) this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order (Email Order confirmation), unless you receive an email confirmation from us the order is not considered as being received.

Prices

Products are invoiced in UAE Dirham at the prevailing price as of the time you place your order. For any improper pricing due to human error or otherwise we will always honour our advertised prices.

Payment method and currency

We accept payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal and Cash on Delivery. We accept Visa &MasterCard, As a currency we only accept USD ( United Sates Dollar) and AED ( Emirati Dirham)on our website www.flowerexpress.ae. However, we do not accept any cheques.

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for the Invoice value. If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us.

Delivery

Deliveries are made 7 days a week, 365 days a year in all major areas and we accept same-day deliveries up until 5pm, (for remote locations please call us on (+971 4 2778139) confirm if same day is available or not).

We have a flat delivery fee of AED30.00 anywhere in the UAE and delivery is possible between 9am and 10pm.

Free Delivery - delivery charges will be waived off if purchase value is AED 1000.00 and above (Only applicable for single location delivery, it is not applicable if delivery locations are more than one).

All the deliveries shall be done through our in-house logistics department. However, we may, from time to time if required use 3rd party logistic or courier companies to perform necessary deliveries.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services by Service representatives at (UAE): +971 4 2778139) or email us at customerservice@flowerexpress.ae.

As we try to arrange for supply and process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

Please note, that once order has been dispatched from our workshop, we will not be able to cancel it under any circumstances, As soon as we receive notice of order cancellation  and we have not processed it, we will refund your payment at the earliest, however, refund will only be possible if we confirm cancellation of the order. We will not deduct any amount from the order value, however if the receiver 's bank/card deducts any amount, it will be for the account of the purchaser.

All the refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this website will be refunded to the original mode of payment only. Customer may not request for any other mode of payment.

If refunds have been agreed by us we will also refund any delivery cost paid for.

We will not be, under any circumstances, be liable or responsible for any cost or losses above the original net purchase value of any transaction.

Returns

Provided you inform us immediately upon receipt of any improper orders, we will arrange to collect or reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the items to us within the UAE. It will be at the companies discretion whether we wish to collect the order or have you ship the ordered products back to us.

Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking all possible reasonable care of them. As products are of a perishable nature, you must inform us within 2 hours of receiving the order of any issues.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions and content of the website.

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, to these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and other such policies. Any changes will be updated and highlighted on our website.

Change of Delivery Date for Flower orders

Change of delivery date for perishables should be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery time.  As we aim to please we will make efforts where possible to accommodate changes but please note changes should be made within 24 hours of delivery time as it is not always possible for us to make changes to delivery times without additional charge.

Minimum Age requirement for electronic transactions

Only those persons aged 18 years and over can complete transactions from our web site. If you are below 18 you can only use this webs site under the supervision and authority of a parent or guardian aged 18 years and above.

Dispute and legal obligations.

You agree that the UAE Governing Law, in the case of any disputes, is the law applicable covering any such cases or proceedings.
